Tequilla Lopez.jpegTequilla Lopez 

As the Sr. Manager, Diversity and Sourcing, Tequilla is accountable for the implementation and coordination of programs, trainings, recruitment events, and other methods to increase the organization’s ability to attract and retain an inclusive population that serves Best Buy’s diverse customer base. This is an enterprise-wide role that requires business partnerships both with corporate and field business leaders. Her portfolio includes designing attraction, sourcing and retention strategies in conjunction with a focus on building and sustaining a diverse workforce.

Prior to working for Best Buy, Tequilla worked for the YMCA of the USA as the Project Manager for Diversity & Inclusion. In this role, she successfully led the National D&I Hispanic Engagement strategy, as well as supported departmental strategies for engaging underserved communities across the country. Much of this role involved advising all levels of staff on practical diversity & inclusion strategies to drive business results, leading the national D&I communication strategy, ensuring all departmental strategies, projects, and success measures were effectively tracked, managed, communicated and delivered.  

A native of Chicago, Tequilla graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health, Health Education and Administration. She also has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois, is an AIRs Certified Diversity Recruiter and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jylian Feliciano is the Head of Inclusive & Campus Recruitment Programs at Conagra Brands and brings a background in preparing companies for the Future of Work within human resources, operational engineering, education, organizational inclusion, and developing talent programs.

“Jyl” has 10+ years of experience in re-energizing and elevating Talent Acquisition operating models by developing effective sourcing and selection strategies.  Developed strategies focus on coaching hiring managers and training interview teams to adopt innovative recruiting tactics rooted in marketplace data analytics, unbiased interview practices, employer brand marketing strategies and providing a consumer-grade candidate experience, all through recruiter interactions and technology.

Prior to joining Conagra, Jyl served in North America Campus Recruiting and Diversity Recruiting manager roles within the consulting and finance industry. A proud Chicago Public School alumna, she leveraged her corporate experience to serve as an administrator with the Chicago Public Schools, where she worked on teams with emphasis on developing and executing programs which exposed pre-college students to diversity, inclusion, and college readiness curricula, designed to address the college Persistence Gap that exists amongst under-represented populations.

Jyl holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University with a focus in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and additionally, was conferred by Colorado Technical University with a Master of Business Administration degree.

    In her spare time, Jylian enjoys participating in community service projects, sporting events and spending time with her family.

Karla is the Undercover Bada$$ at Digitas-aka: the Talent Engagement & Inclusion Manager. She oversees and supports Digitas' national employee resource groups, partners as an extension of the recruiting team focusing on D&I recruiting efforts, and works to forward the TE&I team's goal centered on recruiting, retaining, and engaging talent. 

In her past life as a Studnet Affairs professional, Karla facilitated workshops for 1400+ students, faculty, and staff, created and executed events for students at a handful of universities, and she racked up a bountiful amount of free t-shirts along the way! 

Nearing "expert" level in facilitating reflective and goal-oriented workshops, Karla loves connecting with people and using personal storytelling as her tool of choice.

Rob Trzcinski has more than ten years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, and joined  LaSalle Network, one of the fastest-growing staffing and recruiting firms in the country, in 2008.

Rob has worked in recruiting, sales and management during his tenure at LaSalle, earning more than five promotions in ten years. Rob helped launched LaSalle Network's technology recruiting practice, now one of its fastest-growing staffing verticals, and today, Rob advises clients ranging from start-ups to  Fortune 100 companies on their growth and the talent they need to thrive. 

During his time with LaSalle, Rob has earned LaSalle’s Producer of the Quarter award, Producer of the Year, as well as the Sales’ Team Gold Club in 2017.

Rob grew up in Midland, MI, earned a BBA from Northwood University and lives in Chicago with his wife.
